Offline | No I dont think any dealer would accept to do a retro fit of the Mini Nav unit as it takes too much time and money to convert it all... I havent heard from anyone that has got it done, many other people just got for an aftermarket unit like Tom Tom or something simlar... Hope this helps. ![]() |

| MINI2 Regular | I wouldn't bother with BMW's SatNav. Sure, it looks nice and fits properly, but a PocketPC / iPaq solution can be used in any car (e.g. your future car), you can download POIs, software updates, and is generally a lot more customisable. There's a brilliant new device from TomTom, the TomTomGo - basically a PocketPC housed in a nice case, with a very loud speaker and tailored at people less knowledgeable about Ipaqs, or unwilling to set it all up. Well worth a look. Will |

| Hyper Blue Mini S Cab | I have borrowed a mini with the factory fitted sat nav and frankly its very disappointing so when specking up my mini cab I went for the drivers chrono pack and using an ipod with tom tom 3 for when I get lost!!! Its also great because I can take it from car to car and not something that I use on a daily bases!!!! |

Offline | Think I read on here about tom tom go, did some research and bought one through these guys Lordpercy.com took about 7 days £426 and it's very very good, much better than the system the stealer tried to hoist on me when buying the cooper S. It gets the thumbs up from me, did consider the PDA version but didn't want to hide cables. Daz |
