Is this the right wiring harness???!?! - Help ASAP!

I went to Best Buy and picked up a Metra wiring harness. it says its for BMW's 90-02. part # 70-8590. I went to Crutchfields website and they were showing a VW kit that looked different than this. I attached two pics so maybe you guys could help. Thanks!

I dont know whether there is a pic of the harness on mikeytheminis site but you can have a look at his diy -> http://www.newministuff.com/changing_the_stereo.htm maybe one is included in that.

wrong harness - that is for a uk wave unit, not usa boost

thanks for the quick reply! but i still can't tell if this is what I need or not. It look's like it is, but I didn't want to start taking apart my stereo and having to go back to the store because of the wrong plug. but again, i do appreciate the respnose!

the one on the left is the one you want

wave is the model of radio we get as standard in the uk
boost is standard in the usa
they have different connectors
