Help - New MP3 Player

Just been given a Philips Micro jukebox MP3 player as a birthday present and was wondering if I could connect this into my stereo in my car. I have an 03 MC with boost stereo. I know you guys on here are experts at this type of thing so thought I would give you all a try!!!!

any help would be appreciated!!!! I'll go back to loading up all my CD's!!!

thanks,

julesx

Three options:

1. You have the auxilary input installed (best quality)

2. You buy a cassette adaptor (if you have a cassette player) (in many situations this is the second best quality).

3. Buy an FM tranmitter (plugs into the headphone jack of your player). I suggest you check out which frequencies this can be set to broadcast on. Many of them are set to only tranmit on certain frequencies and depending on where you live and what stations use which frequencies, this can cause alot of interference. Also, try to find one that is powered by the 12V connector, as they can go through batteries quite fast. YMMV on the sound quality of these.

I don't have my mini yet, but I am having the aux input installed for this very reason.

Thanks for the quick response - will pass this onto my dad (who bought the MP3 player for me!) and my brother who is the stereo man!!

thanks!
