When i got my cooper, i had cd prep as i could get the same boot changer cheaper than mini. Anyway I got a sony cdx-t69 for christmas, but when looking to install it i can find no wires. I assumed that with the prep the cables would be fitted. But I can't see any cables to suit the changer. Should the cables be in, and will this changer work with the stereo?

You will have 2 small black plugs wrapped in tape in the right cubby hole- they are for the Mini changer.
To use the T69 you need an interface + the cables that come with the changer
I have the interfaces in stock & also have a second hand one
