| MINI2 Newbie | Neat trick for annoying rattle Hi to all. New owner here, cooper conv auto, chuffed to bits, 10 days old, best thing since sliced bread but had one or two rattles which I found to be the seat belt buckles knocking against the plastic trim. Got me some of that self-adhesive velcro, prickly strip on to plastic trim, fluffy strip folded over back of buckle, job done ! Anyone else got some simple ideas to improve driving pleasure !!!!!!!Last edited by Binks : Mar 22nd, 2005 at 08:36 PM. |

Offline | Another way to fix the passenger seat belt rattle is to pull the belt and hook onto the front upper portion of the passenger seat back. I have the sport seats which have a pretty large side bolster that helps hold the belt. It works great. |
