What aftermarket head units will work with the Multifunction Steering Wheel?

Also, how does the Nav interface to the head unit? My assumption is the only interaction between the two is for momentarily muting the head unit when the NAV is providing voice directions, right? What do I need to look for in an aftermarket head unit so this function still works?

look at the stickys at the top of the forum - there is a list of mfsw radios

for the nav, the voice plays through the stereo, so you need to fit a speaker or use one of our navigation interfaces
