Offline | JL Audio 12W6, 10W7 or even two 10W6 I was ICE shopping today and found a 12W6 for $310 new, from a merchant. I would need a custom box, and was wondering if any of you have installed any of the sub woofers listed in my topic. How was the fit, and how did it sound? I listen to a lot of Electronic music with 4-4 beats, so a sealed box would be my aim, methinks. I was thinking about getting a Rockford Fosgate 5002 amp to power the sub(s). Please help me; I am by no means a knowledgeable icer. Merci infiniment, Virgil |

Offline | JL audio actually makes a sub that is in a custom box for the mini cooper. http://www.jlaudio.com/stealthbox/minicooperD.html. All of the information is right there and has pictures. it is designed to take up minimal space. |

Offline | Thank you for your reply. Yeah, the stealth box fits a W3, not the W6 or 7. I really wish someone would be able truthfully to say otherwise, because that is a nice fit. By the way, the subs that I would want are either the W6V2 or W7V2, not the version one. Thanks again. |
