Installing AUX in RHD MCS. Possible without removing HU?

Hey guys,

Noticed that a lot of the guides that talk about installing the AUX on a 2002 Boost MCS mention being able to reach around to the AUX cable input. These examples are largely in LHD cars, wondering if anyone out there with a RHD has been able to do this?

Also, anyone tried making their own adaptor ala:

Would love to know if it worked out

beebleb,

Have you given this a go yet or found out if its possible?
I am also looking to do this and not having to dismantle the dash would be a bonus.

Any info you have would be great

I'm afraid that's a no go. We're just on the wrong side. On the other hand though, getting behind the headunit has turned out to be reasonably easy; I can confirm the reports about that, so go for it. Turns out my car is too old to use that AUX too
