Offline | Which 'Carbon Fibre' Dash Is The Best? Hi All! Just wondered if anyone knew which 'carbon fibre' dash is the best out there on the market. Now before you all rush and shout 'JCW', I was really asking about aftermarket dashes rather than the official one which costs a hefty £785.00 plus VAT plus fitting etc etc. I know of a few: 1. EXIM Trading (looks very dark and doesn't look a good fit?) -£180.00 http://www.eximtradingltd.com 2. LOTEC (say they supply EXIM, EXIM claim that they manufacture their own??? and they are real carbon fibre, but LOTEC say they are carbon fibre look???, it gets very confusing) -£120.00 'eBay'. 3. Plus the ususal one's for sale on Minisport.co.uk, Minispeed.co.uk etc. etc. So which one is best in quality, fit and value for money?, if anybody as bought an aftermarket carbon fibre dash please let me know what you think. Can you remove them if you want to keep them but sell the car? as they are doubled sided onto the origna pieces. Most of them don't look like they have the 'AIRBAG' embossed into the 'AIRBAG' section of the kit, please please confirm if anybody knows where could get a decent one without paying BMW prices. Thanks y'all MINISkirts ps. How does this sound: 1x OEM BMW MINI touch up paint kit and lacquer 1x OEM Replacement ashtray 1x OEM Replcaement cigarette lighter 1x Set of OEM Black/White keyline bonnet stripes 1x Set of JCW Door Sills 1x OEM JCW 'Carbon Fibre' Bonnet Handle 1x Pair of OEM JCW 'Carbon Fibre' mirror caps All from a BMW agent. Total price - £325.00, the latter 3 items cost this much normally, bargain or not??? pps. What do you think of these JCW badges? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...2254 836&rd=1 |

Offline | I'm looking for a DIY Guide for Dash removal and install. I would like to order the JCW CF Dash and install it myself. Has anyone come across a guide yet? I've been searching. |
