Is there anywhere where I can get the silver surround for the rear cup holder? Think it looks a little left out with it! and the Ashtray doesn't fit in it very well!

I've not seen these for the earlier build MINIs. The new kit is clip on/clip off (dull and silver), but the old one is a different size and construction.

You can usually find 'em on ebay & they go for 6-10 quid.

Try www.triple-c.com they have them for a reasonable price. Also, if you have an 05 car I think there is an OEM trim ring available but I'm not positive.

I can find loads of chrome rings, but my car has a silver interior components so chrome will look massively out of place!

Think it's best just to leave it.

Im looking for the same, for my pre-facelift MCS, i know you can get the JCW leather one for pre face lift cars, anyone know about a silver one????

Could the OEM facelift rear cup holder silver ring be modified to fit???

just took my silver centre vent ring off and it almost fits, will do with a bit of dremel'ing if i cant get a proper rear cup holder in silver!!
