Photoshop Help Needed

Sunrise Blue (500 x 250):



Sunrise Orange (500 x 250):



Can two JPG files be combined into one JPG?

I'd like to get one JPG ...

Sunrise Blue-Orange (500 x 500):




I've attached a Sunrise Orange (500 x 500) incase it would be easier to overlay the Sunrise Blue (500 x 250) on top.
