Offline | Re: Re: Cooper Works badge And I think that's the way it should be. It would be foolish of JCW to make perhaps a £5 profit by selling a badge to anyone who wants one while eroding the value of what the badge is actually made to identify (i.e. an anthuentic JCW converted car). + 2002 MINI Cooper S - Dark Silver / White roof, Sport, Premium, Lapis blue leather + 1965 Mini Traveller - Tartan Red / White roof, 1275, Cooper S discs, fully restored/renewed |

Offline | Yes, there is a ton of John Cooper signature stuff for the classic Mini - all with the great man's blessing. Interior fittings, badges, stripes, signature items, even frisbees, jackets and umbrellas (and a beautiflu MotoLita steering wheel with JC signature that I would love for my '65 Mini). Most of it is sold through the John Cooper Garages (former name), but there is a bunch of counterfeit/imitation stuff out there too. I think the difference is that the new JCW badging is purposely (and I think wisely) being restricted to use only on converted cars. + 2002 MINI Cooper S - Dark Silver / White roof, Sport, Premium, Lapis blue leather + 1965 Mini Traveller - Tartan Red / White roof, 1275, Cooper S discs, fully restored/renewed |
