I’ll start this post by saying a huge THANK YOU, to the staff of Derek Woodman MINI, who’ve provided me with magnificent service and hand-holding through the years: I purchased my previous MINI Cooper from them in 2003 and have enjoyed nothing but exceptional service ever since. The purchase and accessorising of this car has been an absolute pleasure, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
If you’re in the market for a new (or nearly new) MINI, I’d seriously advise you to contact their Senior Sales Advisor, Alison (Ali @ Woodys). I’m sure you’re all familiar with some of the great deals that Chris (chris at woodman bmw) in parts/service can provide. All of the Woodman’s team are extremely professional, yet approachable; if you need anything MINI give them a shout.

Laura, the basic car (pre JCW kit and bits) was £16K, with 6,500 miles on it. Glad you like the dash, its lovely.

Yup, all of the JCW stuff (including the tuning kit) and iPod kit was installed on the car by Woodman's.

It's the way forward, the trick is finding the right r53, with the (factory only) options you want. I'm sure you'll sort it though!

I've looked on the Cherished site for second hand Works and it's either slim pickings or the website isn't well maintained. I think it's a bit of both.

Can I suggest one Works piece of kit that you're missing.......the Works Steering wheel.....trust me it transforms the car. You wouldn't think it but it does.
