Offline | HEY !! that's not fair! I am living in Germany now, but it would have been sufficienrly close 2 years ago. There only one way we can deal with this fairly - anyone who gets to test drive it has to post a full report here .......PLEASE! Mini: Drive and feel alive. |

Offline | Mini-Me: I can expand a bit for you There were three of us in the car, all about my size (6ft 3 and 14 stone) and it was still absolutley flew. The best way to describe it in performance terms would be, imagine the difference between the cooper and the cooper S, now IMHO its that sort of jump up in magnitude between the Cooper S and the works S After 18 months of waiting I certainly was not disappointed Cheers Michael JCW Works S, DS/DS, Chilli, DSC, HAB, HK, panther black/lapis blue (Cloth) S0007 |

Offline | Micheal, thanks. Greatly appreciated, gives me more of an insight as to what to expect. Monsta, I'll keep my fingers crossed. Anyone here know details of endurance testing by either JCW or Hartge conversion? I plan on keeping to S a long time and don't what to run into problems. Mini: Drive and feel alive. Offline | Works S photos Mini_me: On the endurance side of things the Works version will be the the winner. The Works conversion is more of a mechanical upgrade as opposed to chip uprade. Boo: There are photos on MINI2 already http://www.mini2.com/forum/showthrea...s+S +pictures These have been on here a while. I will post some pics when I pick mine up Cheers Michael JCW Works S, DS/DS, Chilli, DSC, HAB, HK, panther black/lapis blue (Cloth) S0007 |
