Factory warranted Works upgrade

Maybe this is old news I missed, but I just read this Autoweek story (http://www.autoweek.com/cat_content...._code=01513784) and found out that a factory warranted Works upgrade is coming for the MCS here in the states. The article doesn't say much - only that the upgrade will yield 200hp. Does anyone know more details? I'm interested, but only if the price is right. Is this something that's already available in Europe? Does it come with the aero kit or something similar? Is the new exhaust significantly louder?
