Out of interest im looking at just getting the exhaust for now, either

JCW R56 Rear Exhaust Silencer
Or
JCW R56 Cooper S Stage 1 Rear Exhaust Silencer

Is there much difference between the two and how much would you charge?
Im guessing these can fit onto the standard Cooper S Exhausts? apart from the clamping sleeves, also would this affect my warranty?

If i were you go for the factory JCW rear silencer,it is only £290.00 inc postage,it looks good with the large polished tail pipes and sounds superb,
it sounds more aggresive,more back fire and burble ,
the stage 1 exhaust is around £500.00 and doesn't sound as nice,
as for warranty you will be fine as it is just the rear silencer unit,
