Hi
Fitting would be £97 inc and they don't need coding, just plug and play

in word yes, they are very simple to fit, i've had mine about 3 weeks now, You get a control box which then splices into the OBD wiring from behind. So you can still use the OBD socket as now Takes about hour to 2 hours to fit, hardest part is to remove panels with out breaking them etc, but it really straight forward.

Hi
On the new convertible you have the 'openmeter' on one side of the rev counter

Does it look good? and do they clutter the dash or suit it? How practical are they? do they light up when you turn your lights on etc? which ones do you have? would you recommend? and do you have any pictures? sorry for the quickfire of questions but very excited about this extra!?!!

Hi
They are quite small guages so they dont take up a lot of space, look very neat and fit is spot on

Gauge install

Ant - A few questions on the install of the gauges if you don't mind. Did you have any problems ? I bought the kit and the BMW assembly instructions had some errors. The instructions call out to pull wires out of connector X1880 pins 1 -4, but pin 3 isn't used in my Mini (a '09 S). I got the wiring diagrams for the car, sorted out what connections had to made - and the gauges do a whole lot of nothing. I did some checking and the control box isn't reading the CAN bus. Did you run into any of this ?

Thanks - Ron
