Clear bra

I'll be ordering a new mini soon. I currently own a 2002 Cooper and over the years my hood looks like it was sand blasted. I want to avoid this with the new mini and have decided to get the clear bra. Any one else have this? How much do they cost and where could I get one installed?(other then the mini dealer) How well do they last? Thanks for your help!

Rock Chip Screen

When I purchased my MCS last month, I had them install the 3M clear rock chip screen (I think that's what you mean by the clear bra). It's a thin coating of clear material, nearly invisible, that does a great job of protecting the bonnet, the front bumper and the headlights, without compromising the look of the vehicle. If I recall, it was quite pricey (about 700.00 US), but that's a lot cheaper than repairing a rock-peppered Cooper. Good luck!
