Just had my car keyed!!

Afternoon everyone!

Just discovered that whilst my car was parked in town that some jealous w***** has keyed it right the way from the rear of the passenger door to the bootlid!!!

Anyone know of any good bodyshops in the Horsham, West Sussex area who could do a good job at a reasonable price.

Thanks

Wouldn't you just like to knock the c*#+p out them if you catch them??

Hope you find a good shop who will make this disappear.

Oh dear, I know exactly how gutted you feel - been there with two doors

If you lived neared Cambridge I'd recommend the little man in a chicken shed on a farm I know. Ok, it sounds dodgy, but he does the BMW dealers paintwork as they don't have a paint shop.

I hope you find someone that it as good as he was - chips away couldn't do mine as they said it would show.

The very best of luck, and I hope you get a good recommendation.

Thanks everyone for the sympathy and advice I'll give Chips Away a go!

Just goes to show you can't have anything nice in this world!

Sorry to hear that.
A couple of years back... some a*hole high school kids threw a stone at my mini while I was stationary and they were making a turn.

About five kids in the Grand Cherokee...just laughing away, while speeding off.

It's sad...but it happened and I certainly feel your pain

Some scumbag keyed mine too. Down the side, from rear light to headlight. Gotta go thru insurance as £££££ to fix. I hope whoever did it has the same done to them or has their fingers cut off with a circular saw.

I can go one better.....
After having the side of mine keyed from front to back I now have a nail in my o/s rear tyre .
I'm guessing it's the same waste of space that keyed it as it occurred in the same location. Just pulled out of my space and bing on comes the light.
Getting majorly fed up with all the agro and cost.

We had our BRG MCS keyed last year, and the scumbags keyed every damn panel - bar the roof!!! Both sides, bonnet and boot!! Being metallic paint it could not be touched up (it was keyed very deeply) and so the whole car had to be resprayed! Cost AUS $6,100 (around 2,000 British Pounds) but was thankfully covered by insurance. Still had to pay a $500 excess, and no doubt it put up the insurance premium.

I just hope karma catches up with them real soon - in the shape of a rather nasty sharp instrument impaling them somewhere painful!! B*****ds!!! Some people seem to believe just because you have something nice, that you haven't worked damn hard for it

To everyone who has experienced this mindless act of vandalism, I feel for you, cause I know what it feels like too!!
