Hi, I own a 2002 mc with out a owners manuel

I need to reset the miles inspection light but I dont know how? Also how would I reset the oil light? thank you for your help

A dealer will re-set the service interval indicator for you after each routine service but if you want/need to re-set it yourself then...

1) With the ignition turned off, press and hold the trip meter reset button (it's on the RH side of the speedo near the base)
2) Turn the ignition switch to position 1
3) After about 5 seconds, the display (in the speedo) should read Oil Service or Inspection with the words reset or re
4) Release the button then press it again and hold it. After about 5 seconds the word reset or re should flash/blink
5) Release the button, press it and then release it again. The new service interval should now be displayed
6) Press and release the button once more and it should say End SIA
7) Turn off the ignition (i.e turn the key back from position 1)

And that's how to re-set the service interval indicator

OK I tried it , and failed. I keep getting into the TEST mode. Test mode 1 2 10 and 19 and test mode 0 doesnt show anything....Im lost ? Help!?

OK never mind I got it to work, I guess I was to slow the first times I tried. Thanks!
