Which AFTERMARKET brake pads will be compatible with brake sensors?

Hi,

Have done a search in brake pads but cant seem to find much in the maintenance or fixes section that relates to my question..

Anyhows just wanted to know are there specific brake pads on the market that have the slot for the brake sensors to clip into? if so which brands should i be looking out for?

Have ordered LUCAS brake pads but i am not 100% sure if they will fit the original BMW sensor i bought.. guy at the store just told me they are good stuff close to original standard or something.. cost me around AUD$100

I am replacing the rear brake pads on my 2003 MCS..

Also read about people cable tying the sensors away onto the suspension or something? is this to avoid replacing them and save on replacements costs etc..

One last thing the mechanic has advised me that my brake pads on the rear have been wearing unevenly.. can someone give me a quick reason in newbie terms why it might be wearing unevenly and how i can solve my problem .
