Red face Care of convertible top

Does anyone know if the convertible canvas top is treated to resist water? Any suggestions for preventitive maintenance/treatment?

I use the RagTopp cleaner and the protecterant. Works great. Clean and treat the top every few months. I just vacumn off the loose debris and wipe grunge with the cleaner.

Don't use a regular cotton towel for cleaning the roof though...lint everywhere!

What Dslack says.

There is a treatment on the top when it's new, but it wears off fairly soon. I treated my top with RaggTopp too, and the water just beads up the dirt and it rolls right off (After I wash my Cabrio, I blow-dry it with a 220 MPH leaf blower to avoid any lint).

I used the 303 soft-top protector a few weeks ago and it works brilliantly!

Oh, and for removing the lint, nothing better than a vaccuum!
