Hey everyone, I bought my Mini Cooper about a year ago and it's now due it's first service inspection. However whilst looking through all my documents I came across the TLC booklet which was purchased by the previous owner. I've only just realised that I was supposed to re-register myself as the new owner in order to use the coupons. (Doh!) It says that the new owner should get down to a dealer to register themselves as the new owner, but is there anyway of doing it by email or phone, as I work silly hours. Will it still be valid even though I didn't do it straight away, and does it mean that with the voucher I wouldn't have to pay for the service? If not could anyone let me know how much I'd have to pay for it to be done?
Sorry for all the questions but Im quite desperate.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Don't worry about the vouchers, your MINI will be registered as having the TLC on MINIs computer network

Mention it when you go in and they will probably re-register the voucher booklet in your name then.

Some of us don't even have a booklet of vouchers

but TLC is still done as required
