| Someone mentioned liquid shoe-polish (the quick cheater kind). I tried that, with a top coat of Son-of-a-Gun, and the trim looks nice and black, and the water beads up. I drove though a lot of rain today, and the trim still looks good. If you're worried about getting black shoe-polish on your metal, use the blue painter's tape as a mask.  |
