Stupid question, but what headlights does my Mini use?!

Hello everyone,

About to take part in the Italian Job in my lovely Mini Cooper Cabrio (June 04) and can't wait to go again!!

However, we need a set of spare bulbs as it's now compulsory in some parts of Europe.

Not a problem I thought as I went off to Halfords, but was told Halfords don't stock any Mini headlights for any models??!!

Can any one let me know what headlights both mine, a Cooper (2003) and Cooper S (2003) take as we have four of us going!

as long as it's the halogen unit then it's H7. If you look closely at the glass its imprinted on there

If you have xenons - then you dont need them

We are doing the Italian Job as well, mini dealers do a spare bulb kit for £12 - this is all you will need - see you in Italy
