South Africa Centering steering wheel.

I had the same problem, steering pointing towards the 5 on the rev counter when going straight. Something that is particularily noticable because the steering wheel has a stitching line right infront of the center 4 on the rev counter that points straight up.

Anyway, after asking the dealer twice to straighten it and them still not getting it right, I popped past the other afternoon to have it sorted out. My goodness how easy. We popped down to the work bay and the mechanic disconnected the battery. Undid two screws behind the steering and removed the airbag unit. He then took an inpatch wrench and loosened the nut on the center of the steering wheel. Removed the steering wheel and shifted it one notch anti- clockwise and put it all back together. Perfect!

Didn't even take 5 minutes.
