England Brake Sensor Warning Light

Can anyone tell me why my warning light is still on after changing all four pads.

Thanks.

No, they still looked good. Do they have to be changed no matter what? I did disconnetthe sensors to see if the light when out and it didnt. Does it have to be reset some how?

You need to replace the sensors after changing the pads.

I didn't replace the sensors on my rear pads and even left the wire disconnected at the
front when I installed my JCW kit. I've never had a problem with the light. If you check brake
pad thickness as a regular event like I do you could just leave the wire disconnected and
tied away from the suspension. No contact no light.

Some people are like a Slinky ........ not really good for anything, but you still can't help
but smile when you shove them down the stairs

Thank you people.

Figure out what to do now and through reading peoples advice on previous threads.

My first time on here. Normally just read from time to time, never had to ask any questions of my own till my pads wore out.

Thank you again.
