Which cleaning products are best?

Just wondering if anybody can recommend a decent polish to keep my S looking good. Also, is it ok to 'polish' a new car?
Also what's the best cleaner for my alloys? I've got white flames which are a nightmare to keep sparkly but I wanna keep them looking their best.

A huge topic. There are specific detailing sites for advice as well.

I use Klasse All-in-One (a polish/sealant) topped with P21S Carnauba wax. There are good as they do not stain the black plastic trim.

If you want a simpler one-step process something like Meguairs NXT Tech-wax - a combined polish/wax.

You can apply any wax to wheels which will make them easier to wash but won't keep them clean.

I recommend a trip to Detailing World.

When you say polish do you mean polish or wax? Polishing removes tiny amounts of paint to remove any surface imperfections. Waxing adds a protective layer(s)to the car's paintwork.

Confusingly a lot of companies interchange the terms polish and wax even though they are two different things.

For wax I like Nattys Blue or Collinite for durability.

It was acceptable in the 80's
