1st Brake fluid and oil change

My mini is coming up for 2 next month with very low mileage, I called my dealer today and was pleasantly surprised that both my brake fluid change and oil change were covered under TLC! I found this a surprise as I am nowhere near the first service in mileage. I only expected the brake fluid change to be covered? I just want to check that some more of you have had both these done free under TLC 1st time?

Thank u

Mary

Fluid Upgrade

What do you mean "Fluid Upgrade"?
What is a upgrade to the brake fluid?

http://www.mini2.com/forum/wheels-ty...id-needed.html this might help with the brake fluid.
If its the oil then you need 4.5 litres.

It's not a fluid upgrade, it's a fluid change. I had mine replaced after 2 years, don't know if there is a max mileage figure as well?

Actually some folks are switching to a fluid that doesn't boil as easily when pushed hard. So, he might be actually wanting an "upgrade".

Coolant mixed to your climate... Prestone is good.

For oil you want to use a fully synthetic oil like Mobil One. Any will do and most people have their preference as I use Mobil One.
