Hi Lisa,

Welcome to MINI2

Your £20 will have bought you around 20 litres of fuel, thats four gallons. If you get 30mpg around town thats 120miles.

Obviously traffic levels, your driving style and vehicle condition may make this go up or down!

Your £20 buys you 20.64 litres of fuel, that's 4.54 gallons.

you should get about 35mpg around town, so that will give you about 159 miles.

30mpg would give you 136 miles, but in my opinion you should get about 35 mpg.

I get between 31mpg and 34 mpg (according to the trip computer), depending on how exhuberant my driving style is throughout any given week. On a completely full tank, I have done as badly as only 278 miles (all-time most thirsty tank) and as well as 391 miles (all-time most frugal tank). On average, I tend to fuel up every 300 miles or so. Hope that helps.

Sounds very similar to mine.... I average between 27 and 38 mpg depending on how i drive.

I managed 395 miles from Haarlem (near Amsterdam) to Farnborough on one tank - then I filled up this morning and my trip was around 305 miles.

I normally get about 300 odd miles to a tank, but my current tank has lasted 360 miles, if you drive at 50 mph everywhere you can get a long way on a tank, albeit not having much fun.

I get roughly 30-32mpg out of my Cooper but my driving is mostly urban low gear and stop/start driving. Most I've had out of it is 35mpg.

England

I'm currently averaging 35.7mpg. I've actually had up to 41mpg and gone as low as 33mpg. It all depends on your driving style.
