You can buy kits from We are Gliptone,Liquid Leather, Leather Repair Kits, Leather Restoration, Leather Dyes

If you tell them the car and seat colour they can generally match it over the phone. Its best if you can send them a sample for a pure match.

I would also recommend their cleaning products.

If you need any help with it give me a shout,

Dave

Shoe Polish and Leather Conditioner to Restore Seats

I had the same problem with black leather seats. After some googling, I came across a remedy that involves mixing colored shoe polish (as close a match to your seats as possible) with a high quality leather conditioner. It worked great on my seats and virtually eliminated all signs of wear. Best of all, the color won't rub off on your clothes!

Here's how:
  1. Clean area with a high quality leather cleaner - be sure to remove any residue.
  2. Thoroughly mix enough colored shoe polish with leather conditioner, 50/50.
  3. Gently rub mix into leather surface at damaged area with a soft cloth until the color is even and uniformly distributed. Don't over do it!
  4. Wipe area with a clean, soft cloth.
  5. Examine area and reapply if necessary (steps 3 and 4).
  6. Allow 15-20 min, then gently buff area with a clean, soft cloth until dry to the touch.
  7. You may then wish to treat the entire seat using just the conditioner at this point to get a uniform sheen.
Notes: Always test this in a inconspicuous area first. Try several brands of shoe polish and leather conditioner to achieve desired results - I settled on Kiwi polish (any shoe store) and Lexol conditioner (Autozone or other auto parts/upholstery store). Always wear gloves and protect adjacent surfaces. Remember, this is effectively staining the leather and will do the same to you and your car's carpet. Once conditioned and buffed on the leather, however, it will not come off on your clothes.

I've not had to do it myself, but liquid leather is, apprently brilliant.
