I got my MINI through a broker, and I paid for the TLC pack. However, I've got no paperwork with the car to say I've got it. How do I know? Is there some kind of book/manual for it?

I know you have to get the TLC pack within 30-days of delivery, so I want to make sure it's in place.

You should have a booklet in the handbook wallet, it has the TLC vouchers in it

It's not uncommon for cars to be delivered without the TLC voucher booklet - ring a dealer with your registration or chassis number and they should be able to tell you whether your Mini has TLC or not

The vouchers aren't always used, as the main system is electronic... the MINI computer system will list your car as having the TLC pack (providing its been allocated correctly), so when you come for a service, it will automatically be paid for under the TLC.

I've been on the phone to my broker, and apparently the TLC documentation will now be sent from the dealer. However, knowing Cooper Cobham they will probably mess it up again!
