How To Replace Front Foglight R52?

Hi All,

I have a Mini Cooper R52.

I have a smashed front foglight that needs replacing. Does anyone know the best way to access it. The option is either to take front wheel off and remove protective shield under wheel-arch or remove front valance?

Suggestions would be appreciated.

I would say its easier to take the front bumper cover off and replace it that way as the front fog are attached to the bumper cover.
