Electric Window Switches

I have recently purchased a 2002 mini one, and I have been testing out all the gadgetry on it, I have noticed that the one touch works up and down on the drivers side window, but only down and NOT up on the passenger side, why is this, and how can I get round it?

The second thing is that over time I want to upgrade the spec in my mini, where do you go for official mini parts? I was thinking off having a trip computer installed, do mini dealerships offer this service, as I wouldnt be happy ripping my car apart then messing it up!

I noticed the window thing, and unfortunately it's factory standard - in the manual it states that the passenger window doesn't close automatically. However, would love to get this closing automatically, so if anyone knows how, that would be great!

Best bet is to give your dealer a ring (or visit), and see what they say. Can't see it being cheap though!

It is a circuit board that plugs in behind the toggle switch panel
