Change Tyres

How many Miles will I have done when I change my tyres and how much is it going to cost me. I'm on the 17" 205/45 Run Flat Pirelli's. Any UK based peeps got a cheap source of these tyres ?
EB (White Roof, Alloys and Wing Mirrors) Chilli Pack, 1/2 Leather (Lapis Blue), Trip Computer, Boost Radio (CD), CD Changer, MFSW, Climate Control, DSC & TLC.
