Coolant problem

So ive got a newly bought mc and someone, not me I add has put brake/clutch fluid in the coolant tank.

I'd say that that the tank was 9/10ths full and just topped up with this stuff.

Do I need to get in completely drained?

Is there anything I should watch out for>?

Thanks

Yes you should be able to do it if you have some basic tools and the DIY if i find it.

If you have just topped up with 10w-30 I would not worry.

However on the coolant I would change it. Its a good idea to change the coolant every 2 years anyway as its anticorosion properties decline over time.

I have no idea what a MINI dealer would charge for a coolant change. Why not just ring and ask?

I cant find a DIY for the coolant change, and TBH imnot sure what you should do with the Oil, when i replace mine it will be with 0W - 30 Castrol Edge.

You can its called TLC XL, will cost you £300 but its worth everypenny if you are keeping the car and may help with Re-sale value aswel,

ill be getting the XL package when it comes a little closer. It covers you the next 2 or 3 services and upto 80 000 miles.
