Black Cooper Break Fluid change & German Service Book, HELP

Hi,

New to this site, as just bought my first mini cooper s the other day.

Got 2 queries im hoping can be clarified,

I bought a 52 plate Cooper S from a Grarge 3 days ago, just today i noticed the Break Fluid was overdue a change 91 days ago,
Where do you think i stand about raising this the the Garage i bought it from?
The garage is a reputable company, but not a mini dealer.
I asked the sales person before purchase about the servicing, and he said everything was upto date. (at that stage i had not realise the various stages of servicing the mini had)

How much will mini charge for this break fluid change? And what does the counter get set to in days?

Finally, my car came with a German service booklet, no English at all. The car is 52 plate, and there is 4 stamps, it has 33k on the clock.
Is it normal for the service book to be in German???

Help and thanks in advance

hi, i wouldnt waste your time taking it back to the garage expecting to get the brake fluid done for free, that just isnt the way buying cars works lol.. you prob would need the brake fluid doing if it hasnt been done yet and it would prob only cost £30-£40 if you take it to a normal garage, a mini dealer would charge about £70-£100 and they wouldnt do anything different than a normal garage!
