Offline | PIAA Silicone wipers Hi guys, My OEM wipers have finally given up so time for some new ones! I've never been especially pleased with the OEM jobbies, particularly their ability (or rather lack of) to wipe the screen at high(ish) speeds! So I want to try these PIAA jobbies, that's settled. However, they seem to do both straight and curved, spoilers and all sorts. Question is, what length and type do I want for the driver and passenger sides? Cheers all! James |

Offline | Hi James, they do up to 23" but obviously those don't fit. I got a pair of 18" for mine although there is no spoiler with the 18", that only comes with a 19". So stick a 19" with spoiler on drivers, 18" on the other. Great wipers by the way!! |

Offline | I think the curved ones hug the screen better although are a bit pricier if I remember right. I got the standard carbon effect ones and they hug the screen great and work great, no squeaks and water just beads off, a better wiper by far and not much more expensive than the oem ones. |

Offline | Yes mate, I heard that speeding do a v good deal too so defo go for them, I thought you were going to get them direct from PIAA!! I didn't get the spoiler for drivers side and I do like the look of having 2 of the same wipers and wind has no affect, spoiler or not.Tried speeding first but I think they didn't have an 18" blade at the time, only 19" Good luck ![]() |

Online | Got mine from speeding as well, great service & great wipers. I've been using rain-ex for ages & the combination of the two is superb. Good visibility & you definately don't need to use your wipers as much, the water just beads up & flies off the screen. A good set of wipers is a much overlooked mod IMHO ![]() |

Offline | I always thought it was 18" driver side and 19" passenger side. I think the passenger side is cruved, but not certain. I also need new blades and have been looking at the PIAAs, but I just can't spend that kind of money on wipers! I think I'm just going to get some Valeo ones... |

Offline | I have these PIAA wipers on my MINI , and there great . I have the SPORZA blade on the drivers side in the 19" size, and the silicon blade (straight) on the passenger side also 19". They work perfectly , much better than the OEM ones. I don't believe the curved ones were available when i bought mine, but i can't see a spoiler version of that to go with it though . |

Offline | Silicon blade Black £16.99, Black Carbon version £19.99 Black Curved blade £18.99 SPORZA blade £21.99, Black Carbon version £24.99 These PIAA blades look expensive, but they are the best you can buy . The SPORZA blade is the one with the spoiler on in it. |

Offline | Just went out and measured my OEM wipers - 17.5" drivers, 18.5" passenger, so decided to get 18" straight sporza for driver side and 19" straight black passenger side. However, of course they don't do less than 19" with the sporza blades, so 19" both sides it is! ![]() |
