Offline | Brand of oil for top ups? Hello Any suggestions for what oil brand to use for a top up? |

| Dog Tired | You can really use any brand as long as it is fully synthetic and the same weight that is in car now. In your area you may have 5w-30 in there. Now, with that being said, pick one that is not some off the wall brand. I use Royal Purple in my MINI and have used Mobil One in the past. I have never been a fan of Castrol (brand loyalty to be honest). Global Moderator ![]() |
