| MINI2 Regular | Yeah, Back to Black is very poor when it comes to things sticking to it. That's why I was wondering about the Peanut Oil... I could buy some and if it doesn't work find a recipe online that uses it ![]() |

| MINI2 Regular | Yep, go for it - actually look on eBay for it though because I think you can get it a bit cheaper (inc postage & packing). I felt exactly the same when I first cleaned my car without water and it did feel weird - I was even more concerned cleaning it dry when the car was still dirty - I thought I'd get loads of scratch marks where dust and dirt had been lying. But no, it actually did exactly what it did on the TV - amazing. I wouldn't attempt spraying my car with enamel paint though like they do on the shopping channels!! |

Online | I've just started using Chemical Guys New Look Trim Gel (LINK), i used it on tyres and the plastic wheelarches. Have been using Meguairs Trim Detailer but it took so long to apply and never lasted long The Chemical Guys stuff went on a treat, if a little greasy on the plastic trim but once dried it looked great! Just need to see how long it lasts now ![]() |

Offline | The mini stuff is very good - it comes in the bag you get when you buy the car. The only problem is if you don't put the right amount on, you can get the run off effect and it sometimes doesn't do a good job at covering polish. Still, its possibly the best I have used as it doesn't 'clog' the plastic. |
