Window side trim has come off!

You know you have the front side and rear side windows on the passenger side. Between those you have a black vertical bit of plastic that is attached via double sided tape to the rear window.

Well, mine's come off! Does anyone know where I can get hold of the black padded double sided tape they use to fix it to the window? I don't live near a MINI garage and don't want a wasted trip the garage. I also don't really want to buy a whole role of tape when it's only around 40cm I need

You can buy 3m double sided tape which is very strong and is used for sticking on mirror covers etc. You can pick it up from most decent newsagents/craft shops/halfords etc etc.
Small roll is less than a tenner.

£10!!! I only want 40cm of the stuff! I may just have to leave it off until I venture past a MINI dealer and get them to give me some for FREE. Call me tight but this is something that shouldn't really fall off so I fail to see why I should have to pay for it.

Good luck to you in getting it free then from a mini dealer. Dunno how its just came loose but you can check ebay to get it cheaper. Why did you post a thread asking advice about where to get it and how much if you now believe you should get it free as "its something that shouldn't really fall off"

Try asking Chris at Derek Woodman - but you'd have to pay for postage.
