Leather Seat Repair

Yes she is, we've been together 4 years.

Hi mate, Repair looks ok but will wear within 3 to 6 months because that area gets a lot of wear from people getting in and out of the car! Smart repairs are nearly all done with a water based paint which wont last long, but if u can get someone to re-colour it with a paint from the furniture clinic which after colouring is then sprayed with a clear lacquer, it will wear as same as the rest of the leather. I know cos its what i do!! I live in jersey and came accross this problem because i do a lot of boats and found that the water based stuff was'nt up to the job so i changed the paint and used the lacquer and have had amazing feedback. goog luck!

The stuff he used is solvent based, he said aslong as I didn't use any solvent based cleaning products on it, it should be fine.

I'm sure that only time will tell, it seems ok upto now though.
