central locking

hi all,got a problem with my central locking:
passenger door wo nt lock when i press the button on the key fob. it also used to lock when at approx 10 mph but does nt do this either.
drivers door still ok any ideas whats up with it or how to fix it ??

Hi

I have been experiencing a similar problem. The driver door will lock using the key fob but won't unlock. Pasenger door is fine. Also driver door will not lock when i reach 10 mph. Also need to know how to fix this. Thanks.

Hi I have the same problem all doors will lock, unlock the car and the drivers door stays locked. Can anyone HELP PLESE

well i have the same problem too and it seem to be the motor that raises and lowers the lock that has failed- cost to buy new motor , i ll find out tomorrow

i have the same problem, will lock on fob but not when its reached 10mph and wont unlock on fob so i have to reach over and unlock it.
i went into my local mini garage and they said it would cost £150 to fix it :O thats waaaay too much! im a skint student!
anyone know any ways to get it fixed cheaper?
its an 05 one D

I have a 2003 mini one d had it from new the problem with it is the only lock that works is the drivers door it will open with the fob but will not lock with it the same with the toggle switch only opens drivers door will not open or close any doors passenger door or boot do not lock anymore ,when you put the key in the lock it opens and closes the drivers door it sounds like its working but only the drivers door works any ideas please ?
