inspection 2

Hi,

WOuld anybody be able to tell me what needs to be done on an inspection 2 service, I am comin up to around 50k miles and from reading other posts it looks like this will be due soon, but I cant find anything that specifically says what needs to be done.

I remember seeing a scanned image of the garage technical manual on here not long ago but dont seem to be able to find it again now!!

Have you checked the digital readout on the speedo? This tells you when the service is due, rather than guessing that its "around 50k". It could well be more than 50k. I say this because mine tellsme that the service is due in 10 kilometers time, (7k miles about) and the car has done about 56k miles.
