| MOT - Fuel Additive Required? Hi everyone, My baby (2001 Cooper) went for its MOT during the week. Apart from needing its headlights realigned they picked up on an emission reading. I've only driven 2000 miles since my last MOT, they said they had to rev it to get the emission reading down. They then tried to flog me some fuel additive which I said I think about. My question is, is it a good idea and if so which one and how often please? Also can I do it myself? They did pass it so it could not have been that bad. TIA Manic Manic by name, manic by nature!  |
