Major TLC Panic! Please help

OOps.
I have only just realised that my service icon is showing - and I seem to have have done 19000 miles.

I rang the mini dealership I bought my car from and the lady who answered on Reception (service dept was closed as it was after 6pm) said that it was either 18months or 15,000 miles. Surely I can't have been missing this icon for 4000 miles?!

My dad wondered if it was 18,000 miles but I am SURE I would have noticed it, as I have noticed it pretty much ever time I have driven since.

Anyway, my question is - I need to book it in now... will this still be covered under the TLC pack I have paid for, even though clearly I seem to have gone over the milage. I don't really want to have to pay for labour etc when I've already paid for the TLC.

I am rubbish! Any help would be appreciated

hi on my car (R56 2009 Cooper) then the service interval is variable and when i picked mine up the service was showing for 20,000 miles.

I wouldn't worry and just book the car in under TLC - the receptionist told you a bit of misinformation.

As glos said you have been misinformed. Feel free anyone to correct but I believe it is whenever the service icon shows (which is variable according to the way you drive) or 2 years if you haven't had the icon.
