Should my JCW do this

Ok, i am slightly puzzled by this. Now in my experience (being 23 that isnt much) if you lift the clutch slightly without applying the throttle the car will move gently forward, and if you take your foot completely off the clutch the car will stall.
However, i can take my foot completely off the clutch without any throttle and the car will sit at about 850rpm and do 5mph without even thinking about stalling.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to why it is doing this? I was thinking maybe the car is overfueling at low RPM? The car is still in warranty so maybe take it down to the dealers

if you engage the clutch to quickly at idle it will stall..

if you gradually do it,the idle will move the car..

as long as the h/brake is released..

perfectly normal...
