Annoying electrical problems HELP!!!!

Hello all,
i purchased my 2003 mini cooper S on August, it has 70K miles on and some problems recently happened on it. The dash indictor was off while i was driving, turn signals and the headlights don't work, electric windows don't work, wiper wont work, A/C wont work and the key cant use as remote to lock/unlock doors.(CD player works, sunroof works) it has happened several times, i tried to reset the battery, just simply unplug and reconnected then all the problems solved, but only for a while. then all the problems above happened again. so i asked some other MC owners, many of them told me it could be the battery's problem, when Mini's battery is weaken all those electrical things could happen, so i replaced a new battery last month. it worked for about 1 month, then every happened again, every time i have to unplug the battery then reconnected it again and again, i am getting tired about this, is there any1 have same problems? or any1 have good idea?

i think the alternator is ok,(but not sure) because the car can start up as well and also runs well as, the headlight and the beam headlight are bright(when they are working) but if the problems happened, only the dip beam headlight working and you can not turn it off.(only if you shut off the engine ). in addition, there is also a strange voice on the front passenger side, i cannot tell what is it, but if the car starts up, you turn off the radio, you can hear it clearly. and it sounds from the storeage compartment.

I would charge the battery and have the alternator output checked by an auto electrician, the Mini electrics are very sensitive to even a slight drop in battery/alternator output, despite engine starting and headlights seeming bright.
