KEY Problem

Hey guys, ive looked for this before but cannot find what im looking for!! Basically my key fob doesnt work, i can replace the battery if needs be, but do i need to reprogram it? the key is the one which came witht he car its a 53 mini one.

Tried that with 3 different batteries in the key, still nothing
