Turbo boost pressure

I have a mini cooper S 2007. The large air pipe from the airbox to the turbo keeps slipping off at the turbo end.I have reconnected it a number of times and tightened the jubliie clip .Could this be caused by a dump valve fault (back pressure) or engine movement.Any suggestions
